Custom Professional Prints Available
All print requests will be sent to an online professional color printing lab in New York and shipped back. These are not made from home consumer inkjet printers nor the same inkjet printers used at Meijer or any of the local drug stores.
If you see an image you like and want a print made for you, you have several choices / decisions available to you.
• Print size.
• Glossy or matte finish.
• Image as is (of course it will be adjusted for brightness).
For $15 extra you you can have the image(s) enhanced and improved in a manner of your choosing, even "glamorized" if you like. Options include:
• Glamour (softening) look (subtle, medium, dramatic).
• Removing skin blemishes.
• Removal of minor wrinkles.
• Skin tones can be improved either subtly or dramatically.
• Mild thinning or altering faces.
• Mild reduction or slimming of body appearances (i.e. arms, stomachs, necks, etc).
• The "mood" can be adjusted to suit your wishes (brighter, darker).
• Sparkles on highlites (subtle to dramatic) on jewelry and/or Christmas lights.
• Black & White conversions (or with selective B&W).
• Vignette (darkening of corners or outer areas) to focus attentions on subject or
increase the mood.
Conversions to "painterly effects" will cost slightly more.
This process can be time consuming, requires substantial technical photoshop skills and typically is what drives costs up
when you have portraits from better studios. Enhanced 8x10 prints typically can be over $60 each.
